Regulator access
Verify the record. Never change it.
Vulcan-7 gives accredited regulators a read-only window into the assets of companies that explicitly grant them access. Every view is scoped at the database layer — there is no way to reach a company that has not granted you access, and no way to alter what you see.
What you can see
- · Registered assets in the companies that granted you access
- · Inspection records, verdicts and signed inspection reports
- · Custody history — who held the asset, and when
- · The cryptographically signed audit trail for every record
What you can never do
- · Edit or delete any record
- · Approve or reject an inspection
- · Certify or condemn an asset
- · See any company that has not granted you access
How access is obtained
- 1. A company grants it. A company admin adds your email under their regulator grants. Regulators cannot sign themselves up.
- 2. It is time-limited. Every grant can carry an expiry date and an optional site code narrowing it to one location.
- 3. It can be revoked instantly. The moment a company revokes a grant, that company disappears from your portal.
