90-Day Cylinder Integrity Decision-Support Pilot

Digital Cylinder Passport · Evidence Capture · AI-Assisted Assessment · Human Review · Lifecycle Intelligence

A controlled pilot for LPG / industrial gas cylinder operators, inspection organisations and asset owners.

1. The opportunity

Cylinder operations generate valuable information at every stage of the asset lifecycle — identity, inspection observations, photographs, maintenance, status changes and historical records. Vulcan-7 brings these records together around a persistent Digital Cylinder Passport so authorised users can find the right evidence, assess information consistently and make better operational decisions.

2. What the pilot is designed to prove

  • Faster and more reliable retrieval of individual-cylinder information.
  • A consistent digital workflow for identity, inspection records and visual evidence.
  • AI-assisted identification/assessment of configured visual findings, with human review retained in the decision loop.
  • Fleet-level visibility of status, inspection history and data-quality gaps.
  • A traceable lifecycle record that can support internal review and audit preparation.
  • A practical foundation for future integrations and wider fleet deployment.

3. Proposed 90-day pilot

Pilot element
Proposed scope
Duration
90 days
Pilot population
Up to 500–1,000 cylinders, subject to customer workflow and data availability
Users
A small nominated group of technical / inspection / operations users
Core workflow
Asset onboarding → Digital Cylinder Passport → evidence capture → AI-assisted assessment → human review → lifecycle dashboard
Implementation
Configuration, onboarding support, user orientation and weekly / bi-weekly review sessions
Output
Pilot performance report, findings, recommended improvements and scale-up proposal

4. Commercial structure

Pilot fee: QAR 10,000

The pilot fee covers configuration, onboarding support, pilot access, user orientation and pilot reporting. If the customer proceeds to an annual Vulcan-7 subscription within an agreed period after successful pilot completion, 100% of the pilot fee is credited against the first annual subscription.

The final pilot population, implementation requirements, data requirements and commercial terms will be confirmed in a mutually agreed Pilot Agreement before deployment.

5. What Vulcan-7 is — and is not

  • Vulcan-7 is a decision-support platform designed to organise evidence and provide AI-assisted analysis within a controlled workflow.
  • Human / qualified technical review remains part of the decision process.
  • Vulcan-7 does not replace statutory inspection, testing, certification or the responsibilities of qualified personnel.
  • Pilot outputs are subject to the agreed scope, available data and customer validation.

6. Proposed next step

A 30–45 minute technical discovery session is recommended before the pilot. The session will confirm the customer’s current cylinder workflow, data sources, user roles, pilot population and success measures. Vulcan-7 will then provide a final pilot scope and implementation plan.
